Broad Rock Indoor Baseball & Outdoor Fitness Facility

|

The Indoor Baseball Training Facility is designed as a pre-engineered building structure with a footprint of 26,200 square feet. The facility will provide interactive, lively spaces for community wellness and recreation activities, including more than 14,000 square feet of indoor turf, two fixed batting cages and a community meeting space. Additionally, the facility incorporates administrative areas, storage, and restroom facilities shared with the neighboring Outdoor Fitness Area, with a mechanical mezzanine optimizing space above the restrooms.

The Outdoor Fitness Area caters to individuals aged 14 and above of all abilities with a range of fitness equipment strategically positioned to facilitate diverse workout routines. Paths delineated by poured-in-place rubber surfacing in multiple hues guide visitors and define zones for different types of equipment, ensuring an inclusive and vibrant fitness environment.
