Enviroscape Office and Service Building

Enviroscape’s headquarters a thoughtfully designed service and office building that harmonizes functionality with modern aesthetics. The office building, approximately 3,000 square feet, is meticulously planned to enhance collaboration while providing privacy where needed. The workspace includes five office stations, with three arranged in an open layout that encourages teamwork and creativity around shared spaces with whiteboards for brainstorming sessions. For more formal discussions, a versatile conference room accommodates twelve people, with flexibility to adapt to larger meetings. Additionally, a private interview room ensures confidentiality when needed.
The service building features a vehicle lift and three pre-engineered bays, each measuring 25’ x 50’, with the potential for expansion to five bays in the future, ensuring adaptability to their evolving needs. This structure is designed to foster efficiency, incorporating a conveniently located office accessible from the main office building, along with essential amenities such as a staff toilet equipped with a shower and eye-wash safety fixture.
Complementing these work areas is a well-equipped kitchen, designed to facilitate staff gatherings and quick access to refreshments without intruding on the office atmosphere. This space not only serves the practical purpose of preparing food for meetings but also fosters a sense of community among employees. With dedicated copy and utility spaces for essential equipment, along with ample file storage, this building is tailored to support the organization’s day-to-day operations efficiently.
