Dinwiddie Dental commissioned a new dental facility to replace their former clinic and support expanded services and future growth. The new building occupies a challenging sloped parcel with careful site-responsive design, transforming difficult constraints into opportunities for efficient circulation and access. The design includes a light-filled waiting area and a welcoming, efficient patient intake sequence. The office provides a full spectrum of services, including orthodontics, implants, and sedation dentistry, within a compact footprint.

Organized around a disciplined clinical plan, the expanded program accommodates 21 treatment rooms and radiology, sterilization, and lab support spaces. Flexible operatory modules, dedicated support cores, and a planned expansion allow the practice to scale without disrupting operations. The result is one of the area’s most functional dental offices: contemporary, efficient, and patient-centered, blending high-performance clinical infrastructure with a warm, daylight-rich experience.
