University of Richmond Special Programs Building Renovation

This was a phased interior renovation of the entire Special Programs Building for several distinct departments. The reorganized space provides new homes for the Police Department, the School of Professional and Continuing Studies and th Osher Office in a much more efficient layout to better suite their needs. The Police Department remained in place on the first floor while the remainder of the building was renovated in order to minimize disruption to their operations. Once the rest of the building was complete, the Police Department was temporarily relocated while their space was renovated. The building underwent a total interior transformation that included new partitions, finishes, lighting, a new sprinker system and mechanical/electrical system upgrades.
