The Boys & Girls Club of Metro Richmond Tenant Suite Upfit

The tenant up-fit for the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Richmond (BGCMR) was designed to serve as a versatile hub for high school students, offering a space where they can engage with community partners through college-prep programs, career development sessions, and mentorship opportunities. The layout prioritizes flexibility, allowing the space to adapt to a variety of activities, from large group events to smaller, focused sessions. Intimate meeting rooms provide areas for one-on-one mentoring and collaborative work, while a dedicated meditation room offers students a quiet place to unwind and practice mindfulness, supporting their mental well-being.

Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with multiple stakeholders, including the building owner, the shell contractor, contractors for adjacent tenants, and the leadership team at BGCMR. This coordinated effort ensured smooth execution and alignment with the needs of all parties involved. The result is a dynamic environment that reflects BGCMR’s mission to prepare students for academic and career success, offering them the resources and space to grow, connect, and thrive.
