University of Richmond Teaching and Scholarship Hub Renovation

This project is a partial renovation of the third floor of the Boatwright Memorial Library to create the Teaching and Scholarship Hub to include staff offices, conferences rooms, open collaboration areas, classrooms and a kitchenette. An existing stairway was infilled on three adjoining floors to create more usable floor space and a new fire-rated egress corridor was created through an adjacent portion of the building to provide access to a nerby existing stairway.
