University of Richmond School of Law

|

The final phase of the multi-year renovation of the Law School Building has been completed, bringing a fresh, updated look and enhanced functionality to key spaces. This phase included new finishes and furnishings throughout, as well as a reorganization of the Moot Court to better serve both classroom and presentation needs, alongside its original purpose as a Moot Courtroom. The Moot Court space also received selective acoustical treatments to improve speech intelligibility. Also, mechanical equipment was replaced and lighting systems were upgraded to improve the overall atmosphere and performance of the space. Additional key elements of the renovation include a lobby, locker room, and tiered seating for classrooms. Worley Associates Architects provided full design and construction administration services for this phase.
